Summary/Objective

makes a hobby of keeping up to date with the latest technologies,
takes action and ownership over their responsibilities, and ardently
pursues continuous learning.
Digital Agent is an Atlanta based IT, phone, and internet solutions
provider offering a full suite of technology services to local and
regional businesses. This is a paid, part time internship with flexible
hours (within standard business hours), a negotiable 15-30 hours
per week, with potential opportunity for full time employment after
the internship is complete.
Job Responsibilities:
•
Provide technical support for tickets related to computer systems,
software, and hardware
•
Update desktop software and maintain documentation on installed applications
•
Assist in new hire onboarding, including computer configuration,
device access, and training
•
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to solve complex problems
•
Provide on-site diagnosis and resolution
Requirements
• 0 - 2 years of intern or PT experience
•
Must be enrolled in related associates or bachelor’s degree
program
•
Type a at least 60 WPM
•
Must have a car and be willing to travel locally about 30%
of the time
•
Trustworthy to perform with excellence when given independence
•
Strong written and oral communication skills
•
Passion for teaching / explaining complicated concepts
•
Enjoy solving puzzles
•
Fast learner
