Account Executive

Digital Agent is an Atlanta-based phone, internet, and IT company offering a network of technology and telephony services to local and regional businesses.

In this customer-centric outside sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to create custom solutions for your clients. You’ll take the lead on customer needs and Digital Agent will offer the support you need to exceed your sales goals.

Digital Agent will provide training and support to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful in this role. In return, you should bring a strong work ethic, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s with 1-2 years sales experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, prospecting, customer referrals, partner relationships, and database mining
• Build and maintain CRM database with Salesforce
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses and organizations within sales territory
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels are achieved and meet customer expectations
• Schedule and lead meeting with customers
• Attend weekly in-office sales meetings
• Meet or exceed all sales goals
• Must have strong work ethic
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Salesforce experience preferred
• 1-2 years related experience preferred
